The management of Syarikat Thong Guan Trading Sdn Bhd is committed to implement HACCP & ISO 22000 as reflected in the policy as follows:

QUALITY PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR HUMAN

CONSUMPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESTABLISH

PROCEDURE”



This HACCP and ISO 22000 Policy statement denotes the direction and intentions of the company’s commitment to implement HACCP and IS0 22000 through:



I)  Committed to ensure our product meet business goals, the Malaysia & International Food Safety Regulatory requirements and with mutual agreed customer’s requirements.

II)  Continually improving the quality and safety of our products.

III)  Committed to ensure the effectiveness of the quality and food safety management system.

IV)  Communicate our commitment through effective internally and externally communications.

V)  Communicate, implement our commitment at all levels of the organization.

VI)  Ensuring competency related to food safety

To ensure the understanding, implementation and maintenance of the HACCP and ISO 22000 Policy at all level in the organization:



* It shall be displayed in various areas of prominence in the factory premises.



* Existing employees should be briefed by Department Heads on the policy.



* New employees are to be briefed during their orientation.
